GOVERNMENT AND ECONOMIC INFLEXION
There’s nothing new about conspiracy theories – we’ve long been invited to believe that the security services assassinated JFK, or that the Moon landing was faked, or that Elvis is alive and well and working in a supermarket somewhere – and most of us have always given short shrift to such claims.
What’s different now is the inter-connected nature of such theories, and traction they continue to gain with the general public. The common theme of such claims is that Western states are ruled by a self-serving clique which daily deceives and schemes against the public for its own nefarious ends.

Sit Rep Special, Re-Occupy The Establishment
I am a member of the Establishment, we have a current set of people claiming to represent the State and be our elected representitives or, legitamate leaders of our institutions and great companies. Many of These “promoted” people are impostors, they are not representatives of the Establishment and the sooner we all start naming them for the impostors they are and reclaiming our own rightful descriptions as the real establishment and the real democratic state the sooner we can remove the nare do wells passing themselves off using titles and claiming to be fulfilling roles they are neither qualified to perform or sufficiently invested in to even care about the effects of their corruption.
So that’s the starting point in this Sit Rep special for the slog we need to Re- Occupy the Establishment.
This is a great discussion Dr Shivas Swarm Video is great and who can doubt Ivors sterling work with his early plandemic analysis calling the BS.
For my own personal point and perspective I would add both of these Gentleman are every bit a part of the Establishment as I am or the rest of us are. The normative rather than perjoritive sense of Establishment is what I am talking about.

These figures may come as a surprise to you if you
think of the UK as a particularly urban, crowded
country. It may feel like a very densely populated
urban nation, but the reality is that the vast
majority of the land area of the UK is not built on.
However, given that 83% of the population of the UK lives in urban areas (World Bank, 2016) it is not surprising that some people hold the opposite to be true. However, from a land cover point of view, the United Kingdom is in fact dominated by pasture and arable land.
Regarding my contention that a Jam today affordable development land value approach to the “Housing Crisis” would solve it.
The Co-ordination of Information on the Environment (Corine) project is very informative. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-41901294
In the ‘discontinuous urban fabric’ which covers 5.3% of the land area of the UK. the development densities are low and infill development of the sort refused at Tilehurst is where a lot of the hard yards of the 25% of planning application refusals come from recent figures.
"In the year ending March 2023, 48,000 decisions were made on applications for residential developments, of which 34,800 (73%) were granted."
The Game from the point of view of pushing new build levels and land with permission levels leads to a counter-intuitive conclusion through which I give my analogy of a football match of six year olds crowding around the ball including the goalies, meanwhile there is a huge open goal at the other end of the pitch which is genuinely affordable housing which is policy compliant.
The finance model does not gain much from a functional model the dysfunctional model for every one elses needs is though perfectly aligned with the Centralisation and sabotage objectives of Financialised monopoly "Feudalism" .
I noted with interest a headline yesterday that whilst established home prices have been stagnant or dropping a bit new build headline prices went up 17% last year to March 2024 considering that going into 2023 incentives against asking prices by all the majors reported 5% incentives as mortgage payments, extras i.e headline prices remained unaltered and hence land value adjustments un needed in the balance sheet.
see first link to capital flows in to volume housebuilding.
Anyway just a little extra food for thought, don't forget that in USA, Canada, rest of Europe the built area is a much lower ratio than the UK.

Title: The Global Challenge of Human Overpopulation. Kurz Gives the Club of Rome View.
Human overpopulation is a pressing issue that demands our attention. As the world's population continues to grow at an unprecedented rate, the implications for our planet and its inhabitants are becoming increasingly apparent. In this blog post, we will delve into the complexities of overpopulation, exploring the evidence, feedback mechanisms, policy options, and prospects for addressing this critical global challenge.
The overwhelming consensus among scientists is that the current trajectory of human population growth is unsustainable. While human beings have demonstrated adaptive capabilities, the finite nature of our planet poses inherent constraints on population expansion. As we explore the variables influencing human reproductive behavior, it becomes evident that a combination of genetic, environmental, social, and institutional factors contributes to the complex dynamics of population growth.
Carrying capacity, equilibrium, and the concept of optimum population size are crucial considerations in understanding the dynamics of human overpopulation. The delicate balance between sustaining a desirable quality of life and minimizing adverse impacts on the ecosystem requires thoughtful examination and proactive measures.
Policy options aimed at influencing fertility rates and promoting sustainable population growth include empowering women, promoting access to contraceptives, improving education and economic opportunities, and addressing social justice issues. It is essential to recognize that addressing overpopulation requires a multifaceted approach that encompasses not only reproductive health but also broader socioeconomic and environmental considerations.
Institutional obstacles, including government policies and economic imperatives, present challenges in tackling overpopulation. The need for coordinated global action is underscored by the interconnectedness of social, economic, and environmental factors that contribute to population dynamics.
While the scale of the challenge is significant, there is reason for cautious optimism. Efforts to educate and empower women, coupled with comprehensive measures aimed at sustainable development, hold promise in addressing overpopulation. Furthermore, the role of philanthropic initiatives in delivering reproductive health services to underserved communities cannot be overstated.
In conclusion, the issue of human overpopulation demands urgent attention and concerted action at local, national, and global levels. By acknowledging the interconnected nature of population dynamics and embracing evidence-based policy interventions, we can work towards a more sustainable future for all. It is imperative that we recognize the inherent value of balancing human well-being with environmental stewardship as we navigate the complexities of this global challenge.
In response to Steven's presentation, it is evident that there are several philosophical and interpretational issues that need to be addressed. Rather than engaging in a debate, my intention is to analyze the data and assess the validity of the arguments presented. It is important to note that the paper in question was published almost two decades ago, and significant developments have occurred since then.
Before delving into the scientific terms and concepts, it is crucial to address the broader issues at hand. The discussion of overpopulation, energy use, and environmental sustainability requires a comprehensive understanding of various factors. From the scientific perspective, it is essential to consider the interconnectedness of nature and the impact of human activities on the environment.
Furthermore, the exploration of sensory perception and additional senses sheds light on the complexities of human cognition. Understanding these subtleties is crucial in comprehending the intricate relationship between humans and the natural world.
The discourse on energy, light, and electromagnetic radiation delves into the fundamental principles of physics. It is imperative to acknowledge the interdisciplinary nature of these concepts and their implications for broader scientific understanding.
Moreover, the discussion on population size and its implications for sustainability necessitates a nuanced approach. It involves not only scientific analysis but also social and ethical considerations. The assessment of optimum population size involves complex value judgments and requires a holistic understanding of cultural, technological, and environmental factors.
In addressing the issue of overpopulation, it is crucial to distinguish between speculative hypotheses and empirical evidence. The extrapolation of specific examples to universal claims must be approached with caution, and assertions should be grounded in rigorous scientific analysis.
The role of usury in economic systems and its impact on wealth acquisition is a topic that warrants thorough examination. The historical and philosophical perspectives on wealth acquisition provide valuable insights into the complexities of economic mechanisms and their societal implications.
In conclusion, the exploration of these multifaceted issues requires a balanced and comprehensive approach that integrates scientific, ethical, and socio-economic considerations. It is essential to engage in informed discourse that is grounded in empirical evidence and critical analysis. By embracing a holistic perspective, we can strive towards a more nuanced understanding of these complex phenomena and work towards sustainable solutions for the benefit of humanity and the environment.
Title: Understanding Overpopulation: A Comprehensive Analysis
Overpopulation is a complex and multifaceted issue that requires a thorough examination. To comprehend this phenomenon, it is essential to delve into the various aspects of overpopulation and its implications. Kippling’s Six honest serving men provide a framework for exploring the fundamental questions surrounding overpopulation.
What is Overpopulation?
Overpopulation is a qualitative concept denoting a population size that exceeds a certain threshold. However, the precise boundary at which a population becomes overpopulated remains ambiguous.
Why is Overpopulation a Concern?
The reasons behind the occurrence of overpopulation warrant scrutiny. Understanding the factors contributing to this state, the duration of its existence, its localized or widespread nature, and the demographic composition of the affected population are crucial in addressing this concern.
Do we Have an Overpopulation Problem?
Assessing whether overpopulation is a prevalent issue necessitates an examination of population size in relation to available resources such as water, food, and shelter. The United Nations' extensive demographic statistical data on world populations offers valuable insights into this matter.
Introducing a New Measure: Population Necessary Resources
To scientifically define overpopulation, a model of the system is essential. The equation Pr^Ar= overpopulation encapsulates the relationship between population necessary resources (Pr) and available resources (Ar). Considering the dynamic nature of population and resources, incorporating a time factor (Tx) becomes imperative for a comprehensive analysis.
Theoretical Scenarios and What Ifs
The complexity of overpopulation leads to numerous theoretical scenarios and conjectures. Debates persist on the relationship between prosperity and fertility rates, with contrasting views on the impact of economic factors.
Political and Economic Implications
The political and economic dimensions of overpopulation are intertwined with resource allocation, ownership, and decision-making processes. The role of multinational corporations, financial institutions, and supranational bodies in shaping these dynamics cannot be overlooked.
Sustainability and Circular Economy
The concept of sustainability, particularly within the framework of a circular economy, offers insights into managing resources and mitigating the impact of overpopulation. Understanding the interplay between energy economics and resource utilization is crucial in addressing this global challenge.
Conclusion
Overpopulation remains a contentious issue with far-reaching implications. As we navigate through the complexities of this phenomenon, it is imperative to consider diverse perspectives and engage in informed discourse to develop sustainable solutions.
In conclusion, understanding overpopulation requires a holistic approach that encompasses scientific, economic, political, and social dimensions. By critically examining the underlying factors and implications, we can work towards addressing this global challenge in a comprehensive and sustainable manner.
